Welcome back! Birthdays were the main thing last time. We start off with Lucille playing fetch with Lydia in the house. Victoria is at work (alone), so she knows she can get away with this.
Omar helps Oscar with his chess playing.
I still can’t believe there is no need to complete aspirations as a child for the Golden Trio. Not, that I’m complaining.
Bella Goth is aging up to adult, so she invited Victoria over for her birthday.
She was the only guest, no cake was made, and they all hung out in a bedroom.
It ends up being the lamest birthday ever.
Lydia has needed a bath for several days, she was so gross.
Continuing on, Victoria is still working on helping kids with homework for four hours.
With her A, Bella doesn’t take as long as others for her homework. In two sessions, Victoria has barely hit the hour mark.
We changed houses again (don’t ask, I got bored) and The Count of Gnomington did get his halo back (after being put in the family inventory). Dammit. I’m sick of those packets.
It took me 6 hours to find them a house. Yes, I’m serious.
Only three left for this collection!
The “visitors” showed up at work. Not a single one was revealed to be an alien (in fact, only this one dude showed up and he’s human). I am starting to worry that there are no aliens in my game.
If you wanted to there 3rd house, here it is.
Lily Feng is next to show up to turn.
Caleb called up Oscar for an outing and the whole family joined.
More aspiration work on the chess games.
She drank a fun potion. It did not make her playful or even happy. Brat.
Victoria finally completes that objective and becomes level 7 in the parenting skill.
Victoria: Thank God for C students and their slowness.
This guy is a co-worker of Vic’s. Omar heads out and is his 5th sim he had to meet.
It’s Winterfest in the Vatore household. I can’t believe it’s not been a full year yet.
Everything was going great. They all asked Father Winter for a present and everyone except Lucy was happy. He gave poor Lucy a carrot.
The moment it happened, I was too shocked to take a photo. Victoria attacked Father Winter! All the kids are pissed off.
It amused me that Miss Grand Vampire got her ass kicked.
Despite that, they all had a successful Winterfest even without the grand meal.
Got to learn to write before you can do a novel. Victoria finally does something other than Troll Teh Forums (which she does 100 times a day).
They all help Belladonna on her first project. Not sure why she only just got one.
Potions for Oscar. He is near a shower. Fire alarms have been installed.
I have only used this death trap once before. It killed 5 sims.
Lucille is out monkeying around.
This adorable little guy came home with someone. Don’t quote me, but I think his name is Li-Ning. He belongs the San Myshuno couple, Bheeda.
He does homework with Omar. Sorry for walls down, but you can see Lucy playing for the top score in the Commander game.
The triplets all spend their precious points on moodlet solvers (a fact that I will regret shortly) so they can continue to work on their aspirations (I was still under the impression that they had to be completed at this point).
Li goes home and Omar quickly calls him up so they can continue to work on their friendship. After that, he will chat with him on the computer.
Lydia is really getting on my nerves. She is now to the point that she won’t go to sleep or eat. She always needs attention and she’s in heat again. I would have thought that as an elder, this would stop.
Ah, here is where he chats with Li.
Lydia: I’d eat buy my bowl is empty.
Also, this is the first time Caleb has haunted since the first house, two seasons ago.
Victoria: I cannot command you to fix things, but you can go clean.
Lydia’s bowl is filled, but she won’t eat. Argh!
First snowfall for me in the Sims 4!
Oscar was randomly playing alone and Bella sat down to chat. She has nothing really to do, so she played with him.
So, dear Lydia departs us. I guess that may have been why she was acting so difficult the past couple of days. I also wish I had all the kids’ 500 points back for moodlet solvers.
This is my first pet death in Sims 4 and it was pretty sad.
Unless you’re Lucille. Then you want advice on being a ninja.
Omar and Victoria crying it out together.
The rest drown their sorrows in grilled cheese.
Victoria: I just don’t think I can go to work today.
At least someone has points.
Victoria has 8 vacation days (has never taken one before) and so, she calls in and heads to the bar with Marcus.
Her plans for Marcus are foiled when Caleb showed up. So, she wanders over and starts chatting with that J dude.
Victoria: Look, I know you’re noncommital and that’s fine. I just need a sperm donation.
J: We better test our compatibility.
Victoria: This was a successful test. Please stop by my house later tonight when my kids are asleep. Thanks.
Bella sent a sad text to Li and he invited her over.
They chatted for a bit while he ate and she did her homework.
Li: You’re such a nerd.
J comes over as scheduled.
Victoria: Thanks for breaking my computer, dumbass.
They finally mosey on upstairs where he makes a successful deposit. Victoria becomes just friends with him and sends him home.
Oscar can finally make the emotion potions he needs.
One last bath before Belladonna’s birthday.
Omar is kind of hard to get friends for. He’s just going from skill to skill doing a little bit at a time while he work son getting Ti-Ning (not Li) as a best friend.
Motor skill is done outside on the monkey bars. She needed fresh air after being tied to the computer for so long.
It’s time for our first teen!
Traits: Erratic, Gloomy, Creatively Gifted, Top-Notch Toddler, High Metabolism
LMAO She’s so not athletic. Oh well.
Dark meditation to start off teendom. With her A as a child, she starts with a B in high school. She needs her energy replenished so she can do her homework and extra credit.
Her picture is added to the wall immediately.
Oscar: Can’t you see I’m trying to get my last mental point. Stop that noise!
Lucille: Can’t stop. I need to max two more skills. Slacker.
Belladonna: Who’s bright idea was this bodybuilding crap?
Not mine man. Blame the mod.
It’s seriously painful to watch her try and do this.
Lucille: You’re such a loser. Are you really still on your first milestone?
Omar: I’m just not social enough for this aspiration. That’s all.
I’m probably done forcing this kid to even try. I’ll just have him concentrate on his actual childhood goals.
Victoria: How dare you shout forbidden words while I’m sitting RIGHT HERE.
Belladonna: I learned it by watching you!
My biggest concern (other than the three best friends thing) is getting their emotions under control.
They must also each earn at least three positive character value if you have Parenthood installed
Seriously? These kids are doing okay in some areas but emotional control is, well, out of control with empathy not far behind. They all head off to volunteer with family before the big festivities tonight.
Well, that works too.
Watching the Countdown on New Years Eve.
All the volunteering has rubbed off. Oscar is doing wonderous things right now.
Oscar: Shoveling snow is not wonderous.
Yes it is.
He then heads up and finally maxes his mental skill and gets his aspiration done.
Victoria is annoying all the kids. I mean seriously annoying them.
But she finally manages to get into Full Parent Mode for her (second) aspiration of Super Parent.
Omar: Why are you having another baby, mom?
Victoria: Because some dumbshit forgot we needed a Bad Apple.
Lucille: Yay, I won’t be the baby anymore. Can I go take a bath now?
Poor Lucille was still playing the piano. I forgot all about her and she wouldn’t stop without intervention.
Omg, he did it.
Omar: Take that you friendless losers.
Of course, it’s sad the Ti-Ning had already become a teen.
